What do you do when these lookups return the company that owns the number but the company says that they are not in control of the number? E.g, I have one number that keeps harassing me that reports as Verizon but Verizon says they have not been with Verizon since 2024.

The comment you've replied to is about the Galleri test by Grail. It tests for early _detection_ of cancer, not likelihood of cancer. Meaning, you _have_ cancer. Knowing you have cancer (hopefully early) is actionable...

Recently I have been getting acquainted with Aliexpress. For eBay, I look for significant history with over 99% positive feedback.
For Aliexpress, is there a positive feedback threshold you hold yourself to? Recently I bought some 3d printer parts from TriangleLab (which I know is reputable) but they had a ~98% positive feedback rate which gave me pause.

I have not -- I like Jellyfin because it's docker based and it has inter-op with Infuse (apple tv) and VLC. All my other home services are running in a small k8s cluster. So if I ever want to move where jellyfin lives it'll be seamless.

The killer feature for me would be time filter. Google doesn't work because the dates listed on the results never match the date of the original post. For example, something posted 7 years ago will be marked as posted recently on Google. I assume this is some SEO bullshit that Reddit is pulling.

The problem with using Reddit specifically is that you can't filter by date anymore. Reddit has poisoned their results to show old posts with new dates on Google.
Sadly this no longer works either. Reddit is now doing some SEO work to mark stuff as a later date than posted.
You can search "warmest winter coat site:reddit.com" and filter by past year, only to get a result from 7 years ago.
I really don't know how to search the web anymore.

The benefit is for people that need to withdraw from their 401k before retirement without getting hit with the interest/fees. I guess another part of the benefit is if you want to take advantage of employer match but you don't want to invest in your 401k.
I didn't know about self directed retirement. I'll have to go do some research.
Can someone set up a "professionally managed fund" where you can set up an LLC, have the fund invest your 401k in that LLC, pay yourself a salary equal to the amount invested? Bypassing early withdrawal fees for some nominal fee?
Another loophole is delta8-THC[1]. d8-THC is derived from CBD[2]. It _does_ occur naturally in hemp flower, however not in any significant amount (yet). delta8 gets you high, without the anxiety. Typically it's consumed mixed with cannabis terpenes[3] in a vape pen, or consumed orally. With so much CBD flower production happening and the pricing race to the bottom, more and more d8 vendors are popping up. The arbitrarily set d9-THC limit isn't preventing anyone from getting high, it's only hurting growers that accidentally produce "hot" flower. You can find discussion about d8 in those subreddits you mentioned as well.
