What’s creepy? The smiley face or that it requires a face? requiring a face is a good call

That’s so cool. You could add background chatter too if you haven’t already, you’d just have to amplify the local conversation the user wants to tune into
Edit: by background chatter I mean the noise from all the other conversations happening in the moment nearby
Well duh. But that’s not the way I mean by real which everyone can understand, so you’re just being pedantic and annoying
It’s not a real word, it’s more of a slang word
It just changes the noun brick into a verb. So if a laptop has bricked, it means it’s like a brick now (useless)
??? I don’t think OP was talking about learning and practicing to cry. That’d just be even more weird.
Silicon Valley culture sometimes man...
What a stupid title, thx for telling me what I think
They’re in the same bed as China. I don’t trust them for anything now, this to me is just a PR management exercise. They’re still going to give away your data
Personally I do
So then that just means everything is alive
Which I also agree with
Energy is life. Life is energy.

There’s going to be videos coming out in the next couple years that are going to shock the world and those recorded in the videos are going to claim they’re deep fakes which is why the media has been trying to make the public think deep fakes are easy to make
Trump wasn't lying when he said he was going to drain the swamp, a lot of famous and powerful people are connected to horrifying stuff, there's more info about this out there if you want to find it

Do you have any specific recommendations?
That’s a really interesting perspective. I’m doing a waterfall on my current project and it just feels more right
Haven’t worked at a FAANG but a similarly large well known trendy company. The access I had to their users’ data simply as an employee
I‘m also curious about this, I’ve just joined twitter and I’m looking for accounts to follow
Lol
How can something immaterial emerge from something material?
By immaterial experience or phenomenon in this case I mean qualia
"Examples of qualia include the perceived sensation of pain of a headache, the taste of wine, as well as the redness of an evening sky" from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qualia
You can tell me the hue of the sky, the brightness, etc, but that's completely different from your actual perceived experience of the sky, which is what consciousness is
Another quote: "what it is like to taste a specific apple, this particular apple now"
CMV: Something material cannot be the source of a immaterial experience or phenomenon
I think what would be more handy is a standardization of how APIs should be written across many different domains, to make modules more interoperable.
The result of conceptualizing and abstracting different domains is in as much of a Wild West as it’s ever going to be today.
This reminds me I wanted to research about the theory of marketplaces to understand better how can we improve the market of reusable software components. By that I mean improving the process that we actually use to find and use or create and distribute reusable software components.
The tech industry is gonna get a very rude awakening in the next couple years
Their surveillance and manipulation practices are gonna land a lot of people in huge trouble
I listen to my emotions. Often times when I’m frustrated or lacking motivation there’s a need or desire I’m not paying attention to. Productivity is not a win-lose, it’s a win-win for both conflicting sides of my self.
I see... that’s not good
Can you elaborate?
