There are a lot of rummors going around (Espcially in Poland) that diver name was Volodymer Z. and currently he is in Ukraine.

Not trying to give any hints there, just sharing some rummors.

Russia/USSR been pretty hostile to nations who don't want to join their peaceful and strong brotherhood. Hey they even invaded other communist nations just cause they decide to keep some independence.

If those "unfaithful" countries join NATO this creates problems for Russia to force them to give up their freedom.

And USSR/Russia started a fuss that NATO is a threat for them.

On top of it - russia simply f*cking in a multiple possible ways. Its just a disaster on top of disasters.

they could simply ALLOW to land airplane on they land and hide what happen (similar to what they did with CEO of Total airplane or Polish presedent "accidents").

Plus this might save everyone on the plane, case it might had enough brake fluids and other liquids to make a safe landing.

But no their decided to sink it in the sea to hide any possible proofs.

Watching closely Ukrainian - Russia war I can see @lettergram has a point. Cheap commercial drone with granade showing just astonishing funds/effectiveness ratio. Think about firing $150 000 rocket (javelin) or $1 000 drone. Plus drone does not require any special military training and you can manuver during the fly and choose angle of attack.

But why you completely dropping the idea that CTO drove company to the bankruptcy? you can work really hard but if you don't have required skills to do the job it does not metter how much you work.

And OP admited he never worked with hardware before

unless you have a lot of free time for debugging - none. We had a project where managment team force everyone to use snaps (cause of some weired company relations with Canonical) and guess what? They did not make it. I think we just wasted 6 months in order to get to be able to do stable prod releases with snaps and it felt like docker more mature and stable in every aspect. I guess that time and money could easily stream to do actually usefull things for end-users.

Hi Peter,

I'm a solo founder of software development company in USA. I've been doing everything on B1/B2 visa until goverment told me I spending too much time in USA and they cancelled my visa with recommendations to look for other options.

I tried to apply for E2 during covid and it took them almost 6 months to process my case but they declined it with a general reason that they don't see enough evidance to issue E2 for me at this moment but I can re-apply anytime if my situation change. (I applied by myself without any lawyer at all)

After consultations with different attorney I've been told that E2 is more for people who wants to invest but since I'm already established working business it might not be a good fit for me. And yeah they do recommend me to look on O1

1. Is it something interesting for you? Can I get paid consultation from you and maybe you'll help me?

2. Is it true that for existing established business with solo-founders E2 might be not a good fit?

Thank you in advance!

Most places charge ridiculous cleaning fees, but then also expect you to do all the cleaning yourself. What am I paying for, then??

Same!!! I got couple bad reviews from a people who charged me > 1 night of stay for cleaning fee but then complain I left dirty dished and crumbs on the table.

Like, WHAT?!!! you charge me $50+ dollars for cleaning fee and expect me to left place clean? this make no sense. Airbnb just ignored my request to remove this review, telling its between me and host

Mostly it was a spectacle for outsiders. Otherwise how its possible to explain that Durov continue to doing business and operate in Russia after?

IMHO - it would not be possible for him to leave russia alive without getting some tradeoff with Russian intelligence

As a person from Ukraine, I love Vice for their coverage of Russia-Ukraine conflict at 2014. But their last interview with a Russian children’s commissioner felt like its not Vice anymore. Seems like they been trying to provide an explanation on why russia stealing children's from Ukraine. So i'm not sure what do I think about vice at this moment. Maybe its time to go

Can you read russian or translate it via google translate?

while the whole store is about on how Durov tried to sleep with authors wife and tried to put pressure on him using his work position, author did expose facts which very interesting:

- telegram office in sankt petersburg sharing same office that mail ru does (and mail ru basically is pro government org)

- telegram team still contributes to vkotankte and they do share some software components connect to online messaging

- most interesting russian oligarchs has very big influence on the products (vkontakte and telegram). While both productions trying to tell its not true, behind the doors they do have well established process of giving data when certain criterias are met

Crimea is a contentious point of the current conflict.

Crimea today is de facto Russia

no, and no, no, you are trying to justify occupation, murdering, raping and civilian deaths right now.

We are no longer living in the 18th century and those barbaric methods are not longer valid and acceptable in current society. Its hard for me to gasp how even you can justify those actions

Can you please add some proofs for all your statements?

As a person who been living in Crimea for big part of my live I do find your comment very disconnected from reality.

From strategist perspective Crimea does not have anything to give to Russia except logistics problems and few military bases.

Ukraine has way more claims for Crimea rather than Russia. If we gonna use your logic than Russia should give back to Ukraine Kuban oblast (which for long time were part of the USSR)

Crimea had its own parliament but saying it was independent its an open lie. Crimea belong to crimean tatars. Which been deported from Crimea during Stalin genocide. But if we go with your logic, crimean tatars should be the one who are the real "owners" of the Crimea, and they are pro-Ukrainane. Simply cause russia to this day killing and torturing them.

Nothing with Crimea occupation is unique. Dictatorship government occupy new territory, silencing and do genocide so then it will be easy to fake referendums.

Just to make it clear, telegram also tied to the russian government, and they developed telegram based on the message protocol from website vk.com which also owned by mail group.

Its just propaganda move to ban Telegram to make it look independent
