Show me a production website that does not use things like Caching, CDN's to serve static content or other optimizations to enhance performance It's the same as any other public facing service. I don't know what you are yapping about.

DP algorithms are "just" clever ways to cache a recursion

It does't work all the time like that since caching increases the Space Complexity.

There are DP problems that can be solved without storing all possible values in an array.

"That said, this is really just an overall example of how not to date or interact with people in general though"

Couldn't agree more. Try new hobbies and adventures and find more purposely intriguing things to spend your time. For example find a good cause and volunteer or join a outdoors club. This will improve your social skills instead of being bland and talk about work all the time.

This occurrence happens more often that you think if you are working on Mobile Apps. You just have to be extra careful with testing and verification, since the mistakes can be costly.
