Great points! We definitely take hiring very seriously and we want to make sure that everyone share the culture and the vision. We are in this for a long run and we want to make sure that everyone understands that for sure.

We always want to keep the team size small and effective, but we'll soon face a development bottleneck unless we start bringing great talent on board. Contractors may work for part of this, but it's definitely good to have a whole cohesive team that's invested in the company. Thanks for the advice!

This is part of the design of our templates - the content of each section can certainly be taller than the height of the screen, but we still keep the arrow key controls so viewers can navigate quickly through the page.

We're both trying to make website building simpler for non-coders. Weebly is a powerful solution that allows people to build traditional desktop website. We take a different "mobile first, web second" approach. Our websites are simpler, and the key values we bring to users are cross platform optimization and fast set up.

Yup, we're using Tucows (OpenSRS) to sell domains on Strikingly right now, and yearly users will get a domain for free (helps increase the conversion). I haven't tried enom but have heard great things about them too. Any reason you chose enom over OpenSRS?

At our core, that's what we are - an easy CMS built on top of a responsive framework. But we think responsive design is more than just media queries, it's also about how content affects the browsing experience. A Wordpress theme running Bootstrap may be responsive, but the standard WP content structure is often too clunky on a small screen.

So we're starting with the mobile experience and bringing it to bigger screens. In the process, we learned from our customers that the simpler mobile-first format is particularly suitable for certain small businesses (contractors, restaurants, startups, etc) and lowers their barrier to get online. We'd like to write an article to share our findings!
