Early Final adopter here. I liked the product but wasn't able to differentiate between Final and other VCCs.

Bank of America and Citibank offer virtual credit card creation which is very close to what Final does. Their UI is very clunky but does the trick without worrying about the liability part.

Try ChargeBee? Solves a lot of subscription-related problems. It's a product and not API.

If she's looking just at the posting part, she should try Buffer/SocialPilot.co/HootSuite. That should do the trick. If she's looking to monitor for replies and engage with the community overall, then she might need to use more than one tool.

Here's how I would do it:

1. Register a Delaware Inc or LLC with Harvard Business Services - https://www.delawareinc.com/. They can also act as your registered agent for $50/year.

2. Get an EIN number - you can call IRS directly at their Philly Office - 267-941-1099

Being a computer programmer does not disqualify the OP. He'll have to prove that a year of working with Cloudflare for a year has given him specialized knowledge in one or the following areas:

1. Business domain: That OP has learned about the business domain that Cloudflare operates in, and has gained insights and knowledge that will not be present in fresh hires in the US

2. Cloudflare business processes: That OP has mastered one or many Cloudflare business processes which require at least a year of working with the company and cannot be expected from new joiner immediately

3. Proprietary tools knowledge: That OP has mastered one or many proprietary tools used by Cloudflare and that this mastery is a result of working with the tools extensively during OP's one year tenure with the company

tl;dr version - need to have some knowledge (tools, domain knowledge, business process knowledge) that cannot be expected from a fresh joiner.

We use Basecamp. Frankly, that's the only tool that I've personally tried and I love it so far.

You can probably use a service like zzzz.io or DynaDNS. This will eliminate the need for static IP. No?
