What you’re describing is nothing more than a hurtful bias, and please call it as such.
I don’t understand this logic. How is it in interest of the propaganda machine to make it appear that common people are against Putin? Surely they want to portray that majority like him and support his actions (which is also why they manipulate these stats you linked).
Also, Putin and his elite don’t actually give a damn about sanctions affecting “common people” (see eg post-Crimea sanctions), so I don’t see why they’d worry so much about it as to fabricate every single post on Reddit.
Who are “we”? Sure, for an average internet user the joke is nothing, but for people who are the butt of the joke this has series consequences
Navalny does have a lot of enemies: if you look at this page https://fbk.info/investigations/ (use Google translate), you will see mentions of dozens of people. He keeps investigating into them in great detail and exposing their illegal wealth. They aren't that nameless, they are rich and powerful people, some of them are sure to have friends within GRU.
Not saying that Putin didn't order it, just pointing out that the group of people with motive and means to do it is bigger than just him.

+1000 - it often feels that people geniunely don't see any difference.
It seems that this stereotype is too generic and sweeping to be useful even if it was true.
Instead we could use facts that are already known about e.g. Putin -- that he's an individual for whom sowing fear is more important than not being blamed, as the other similar poisonings have shown.
We are a lot less different from you than you think.

I think what helps me the most is trying to focus as much as I can at what I can do and what's in area of my control.
For me, it's making sure I have followed the recommendations of health organisations in my country, making sure I get my work done and do what I do well every day, making sure I take care of my health, reaching out to my colleagues / friends if I need help or they need help.
But most of all, it's focus. I am training better focus via Headspace app and it's really helping.
YouTube would be one prominent example; Wikipedia, Google search & hosting, Twitter are all popular.
There are also media of a more liberal nature who can’t comfortably host in RuNet / being registered as Russian companies, so they exist outside. meduza.io being a prominent example

As for my programming skills, I can safely say they are top 1%, as I can often ignore inquiries from say FB HRs.
