A big issue for me was events that require digital only tickets. I haven't been able to work around that yet.

I thought Iran's nuclear capability was destroyed in the June 2025 bombings?

This website was so useful for Boy Scout rank advancement.
I prefer small trailers for this but if you don't have the space for a trailer, F150 it is.
You may be intetested in this, if you haven't seen it already.
The "small" screen is supposed to deter social media and video use.
You'll take my 2010 Sony Bravia panel over my dead body.
I always thought that the only reason motorcycles have survived in the US was to artifically preserve the Harley Davidson brand.
I think this is a good change for Proton. I hope it leads them to change some of their misleading privacy marketing.
What was your prior car?
This is my favorite online graphing calculator. It's been around for a while. It got me through pre-calculus.
The closest thing we have these days is the Ford Maverick. It's a ute! They're not very available though.
Recently my wife and I searched for a drinking water filter that would remove PFAS. We found one!

Daniele Bolelli has a great podcast on Caravaggio http://historyonfirepodcast.com/episodes/2016/8/15/episode-1...
I've had certain wired headphones that last me 10+ years. Blutooth devices with small batteries would end up in a landfill in that time.

I've been looking into the Asus Zenfone 8 to replace my 4a eventually. It's expensive but it's compact.
Maybe, like his tree, his pot is way to small and he is root-bound.
If you're reading this thread and wondering how to get started with a double edged safety razor, try this starter kit from Maggard. I wanted to try it for years but never knew where to start. I've solely been using this kit for about a year. https://maggardrazors.com/collections/kits/products/maggard-...
I'm on an MVNO that uses AT&T service, Redpocket. I had a phone (LG G8) that WAS on the whitelist and AT&T dissabled it after the 3G shutdown. I was without service for over a month until I gave up and bought a newer phone. Customer service had no clue what to do.
I have tried this in the past with Google Voice. It's just too inconvenient to not be able to make calls when I'm not near a wifi. I've learned that's the #1 feature I value in a phone.
No, I didn't mean to imply that. I've also used it more recently on a Pixel 4a and it was better than the out-of-the-box experience IMO.
It's nice to see that Lineage OS is still a prominent alternative OS. Back when I couldn't afford new smartphones, it would allow me to keep years old devices on relatively new software (these were the CyanogenMod days). Using it opened my eyes to tinkering and the possibility of a de-googled digital life. It's a shame that due to the ongoing 3G shutdown, people won't be able to keep old devices working.
I completely aggree with this. I also used to hate taking photos. I think it was because my grandmother would always take at least 100 photos at every gathering. No one would ever see them.
Thanks to smartphones, it's so simple to snap a quick photo and put your phone back in your pocket. It's also trivial to share that photo with everyone. I've never thought, "Man, I wish I had taken fewer photos."
I've been trying to simplify my digital life recently. I've seriously considered buying a dumb phone for calls, texts, and music only. Giving up my camera though...
That's a huge bummer. They were the last manufacterer to care about audio quality. I'd love to not have to buy a dedicated audio player to listen to my music.
I've been looking into this for my Miata. There are a few plug and play options for hardware that you can buy from small companies. This is all platform dependent of course. https://speedyefi.com/
