SWE -> Product Manager -> Dir Eng -> Head of Product & Engineering. Currently leading two teams, shipping BI platforms for schools.

I build engineering orgs and the products they ship. I have 12 years experience leading teams, turning complex data into tools people love. Currently leading two teams serving 1,700+ organizations and 250,000 users. We have Roda, Ruby, Ember.js, Elixir/Phoenix, and .NET in production.

Two weeks ago, shipped a feature complete Phoenix LiveView replacement for a legacy .NET/Angular.js SSO app, such that no client apps had to change a line of code.

I have rebuilt almost all legacy .NET systems at my org to be Elixir Phoenix apps. I have been building with Elixir since 2018, I was an early adopter and have loved rolling it out to schools around the world.

Looking to bring my product and eng leadership experience to a new opportunity.

There was no support for devs, but the bones were good and they didn't make any changes, so I managed to make it work.
