Have you ever met someone who recently had a severe stroke or suffers dementia? Their sense of self can be completely lost by such trauma. Sure they still have identity in the memories of others. But I'd say one must distinguish identity from Self.

You need a really good team and MlOps/DevOps pipeline to bring world class chatbot support and performance. I think there is still opportunity in this space, but you need Apple Level Design care to make it work.

I find it challenging to choose one but Andrew Huberman's podcast is exceptional. Latest in neuroscience/neurobiology which is accessible to the general public. From topics like sleep, anxiety, learning, performance etc. I have learned so much and applying the protocols have been great.

It is subscription based and you get access to all of the courses for a single price. To gain maximum value, you will need to use the platform regularly. For me it is worth it as the content is good qquality content and it suits my learning style. Work through problem solving and developing intuition, often through visual aids and everyday experience.

The math and science subjects I'd say is most mature, and has the most content. thereafter one can practice more from textbooks or alike to really go into the depth and expand on the mastery.

And this is why certain events are considered catalysts on a slippery slope...

No idea, been happy with joplin app to be honest for personal note making. Simple enough and captures most use-cases cases. Just not as elegant as notion, but optionality is great

Great list! I'd just add one complementary platform to the fun. brilliant.org, the way they approach math puzzles is stimulating and has been great to enhance understanding. You need to subscribe, but if you actually use it I think it is priceless.

Note: this is my personal recommendation, I don't benefit from promoting brilliant, just thought others might share a similar learning style.
