The highest German court, the Federal Court of Justice, has ruled that the climate protection bill issued by the current Government is unconstitutional as it puts the burden of CO2 reduction to the generations to come in an unbalanced way, leaving today's kids tasked with reducing its release in a very short time. This is an attack on the freedom. Now the German government has one year time to repair the busted law.
