The article is my interpretation of how to apply the Lean UX school of thought to improve UX. The reason to care about Lean UX is that their ideas may inspire you to improve your UX in new and interesting ways.
Regardless of the source of the information, it's up to you to decide it's worth. Just because something works a certain way for someone else is not an indicator that it will work that way for you.
I think there's value for people putting ideas out there, even if it's just a theory.
