Can't wait for my son to try this. He has general coordination issues due to a brainstem injury but the eyes are probably the part of the body he can better control. I'm not a fan of Apple's software and didn't have a great experience with the Vision Pro but I am excited to try it out.

I'd consider Lisbon for the life style and most people speak English.

For me the great advantage of web apps is that you build a single code base for that can run on any platform (browser). That make it so much easier to maintain so you can focus more on features. If you build a native app for iOS you'll have to build another for Android and so it could be harder to maintain.

It depends a lot on what you are building. I'd recommend Python in general as it has more support but don't limit yourself to it as there might be some parts of your project were Go or Haskell can be more powerful.

I'm a Portuguese expat living and working in the UK and at the moment I'm not thinking of leaving but... It will depend on what happens in the next year or so.

My view on this is that if you are going to take advantage of the extended list of jQuery plugins out there then you should definitely use it. But if you are just using it to make your own changes to DOM then just use native JS.

It is probably using SMS servers to send text messages (that's why it's free) and MMS to send media (that's why it's paid)
