I wonder if introversion/extroversion are umbrella terms for a wide range of meshing cognitive and personality traits.

For instance, we all default to a particular attentional style. To use the actor Woody Allen as an example, he has a classic narrow-internal attentional style (introspective, perhaps slightly neurotic) which suggests he's an introvert, yet these traits works for him socially on many levels.

But is he introverted? I think he and many people transcend that label.

If maturity and manners were important to investors, they would be screening for it. As far as I know, they are not.

There is another aspect of the apology that seems to be forgotten around here. Forgiveness.

Yes, maybe they screwed up (I screw up more by 7am than most people do all day), but when someone apologizes the decent thing to do is accept it and move on with your life (and let them do the same).

Trying to overcome a thought or feeling is like struggling in quicksand. You only give it more power and it will suck you in.

Here's what I suggest you do instead. Every time that feeling comes up, say "yeah sure, I'm a fraud" and keep on working. Keep on shipping. Try it. Actions always speak louder than words anyway.

One more thing. It's the best advice I can give you. Go listen to The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, or read the teachings of Buddha. You are thinking too much and creating suffering for yourself. These books will help you stop.

My parents want to move to the States from Canada (long story) and it's staggering all the paperwork they need to fill out.

One of the requirements is to document everywhere you have lived for the past 16 years, including home addresses. With all the places they have lived in Canada, it's taken them weeks to Columbo up the information.

Myself, I've lived five places in 6 months about 10 years ago (another long story). Recollecting those times and places is something I'd rather not do.

Buffer is excellent btw. It's become a must use app for me. The iPhone app is seriously awesome too. Very user friendly. You nailed it.

I have two Buffer subscriptions, one for myself and one for a client and it has become a must use app.
