In my opinion good faith should be taken into consideration here. It sounds like he didn't understand the TOS as it was not in his native language. This didn't hurt facebook at all and saved them a lot of trouble. I don't get why they don't just pay up and say thank you. As well as giving him a copy of the TOS in Arabic to avoid future misunderstandings.
This kind of thing seems, unwise, to say the least. If you value your brain functioning the way it does now, do not even think about this kind of thing. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against psychedelics, but this is not healthy and is unsafe for your brain. Most people who take a thumbprint never REALLY come back to their old selves. If you want a little psychedelic therapy session, just eat some fungus you can find in the forest. It's natural, rarely dangerous, It'll teach you a lot, but it won't permanently change you unless you want it to.
Steam already has great community options built in to connect their massive user base (2.9 million currently online) , and sales prices that absolutely cannot be beaten. Not to mention a much better reputation then other online software vendors.
I hope they start in with movies as well. That would be truly amazing. Big step in the right direction for Steam.
What about simple sale of illicit goods ? That would warrant a response like this. With so many people in and out it would be easy to slip something in with the orders. It isn't the first time it's happened, either.

Incorrect. I'm talking about 4 way stops where I've already stopped and am entering the intersection when a bike coming from another lane ignores the stop sign and shoots in front of me. There is not many bike lanes where I live. That's not to mention turning right on a green light when the pedestrian sign is red, and bikes deciding that is the best time for them to cross using the crosswalk. This is in the far right lane, making a right hand turn on green light. Bikers need to be prosecuted for this stuff like cars, then they might learn. I do realize I am generalizing the other 50% that DO follow the rules, but the 50% that don't completely overshadow them.
Imagine if 50% of car drivers ignored all signs and traffic entirely. You'd hate them too.
So many times I am stopped at a stop-sign, starting to make my turn or go across, and a biker blows through that I almost kill. When a full 50% of your group is breaking the rules and causing problems, it makes sense that people going to hate you. You guys are just lucky that I am extremely careful, someday the driver will be distracted and you WILL get splattered.
(I have zero problems with bikers who follow the rules of the road.)
