I spent a lot of time working in the user research space and the disconnect between what users told me and what they did was so huge that I just built an AI that watches user sessions and figures out bugs and friction. Works well for like 90% of cases

At least in Germany publicly financed broadcasters and news tend to waste a lot of money and they keep asking for more. I’d much rather have a choice to support organizations I want than to support stuff like Y-Kollektiv or STRG F that produce low quality content and sometimes straight out lie.

" Don’t sell gigs that will require days of work from you. Like “I will develop a full web application for you, for 5$” or super-tight schedule ones like “I’ll illustrate and design a logo in 1 hour”. "
I also made this mistake, but it was great learning experience. Even though my prices were the highest among similar offers, most of the buyers belived that they basically hire a full time Software Engineer for this money.
I'm also not sure what conclusions to draw.
- There is this weird idea, that one does not need to meet another person in real life in order to build a real, meaningful relationship.
- Internet is a great place, but it also provides venue for people, that want to get outraged and want to get involved in conflicts, that under normal circumstantions they would never even hear of.
Is there any study on the consequences of such harassment?
trivago, but it's not in the US.
I was working on something similar, but with a database that would contain credibility ratings from users and users would rate the website. The extension was supposed to display the rating and ev. warnings on top of the website.
Nice project. I may use it :)

Exactly this. Sadly, this is not the first time that somebody is immorally trying to profit off of public profiles.
So I assume they won't give a bounty, if somebody finds a bug like the possibility of calling their testing tool trough a chat message?
