HTC doesn't even release a SENSE UI emulator. Neither does Motorola Motoblur.
It's just not reasonable to expect developers to have access to all real devices.
All the device manufactures need to stop customizing Android UI unless they are willing to release a emulator.
stop dreaming about killer ideas. start looking for problems. If you find a problem that's big enough and people are willing to pay for a solution, you can start bootstrapping.
Joining a startup should be a good experience for you. You'd find out whether you'd really enjoy startup life or not.

I was going to try Cloud Server from Mosso(http://www.mosso.com/cloudservers_pricing.jsp). But its outgoing bandwidth is too expensive for 22cents/GB.
When I looked at the homepage, I didn't know what it is for. I had no idea what "outlet" really meant(advertising in mall). Then I looked at the FAQ. I thought it's another online ad network.
Then I looked at inventory in CA. I finally understood that it's for offline advertising.
I suggest you to put in a couple of outlets inside the window when I mouse-over a state in the map on the homepage.
It's not just about the browser by itself. Don't forget all the great extensions built on top of Firefox. Until Chrome has attracted developers to build great extensions on it, Firefox is going to stay as my main browser.

Yes. it's a pain in setting up mail server to get emails delivered to users from applications.
SPF is not enough. You need to set up domainkeys as well. see my post at http://www.kai-mai.com/node/156 for details.
You absolutely need to stop any open relay on your server. Once your server gets onto a black list, it's hard to get off it.
The other solution is to pay some provider to outsource your email delivery. Check http://www.emaildiscussions.com/
You shouldn't rely on gmail's IMAP server to deliver emails because it has daily limits.
This is off topic. But I use Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. My hands are positioned much more naturally when I type.
your best bet is to get more users, get momentum, and hopefully one of the shipping companies notices you and partners with you.
