This is a good thing, the next step however is to block the guys that use sites like BiggerPockets.com from buying up more then 5 single family homes. I know a whole bunch of guys who own 10 or more houses. That is excessive. We need to limit all investment of single family housing. Apartment complexes? Be my guest buy all you want, build all you want. But lets keep our neighborhoods full of people who can actually live in them.

How do you get access get all the local government meetings? Do you have a crawler that looks up every city in the country then visits each website and pull down the info? A public listing site?

What's so great about this? A phone with a weird shape due to the camera? Yahoo, yay so light /sarcasm. Who cares? $1000 for another shiny object thats thin, that has "ALL DAY" battery? Like every other iPhone or phone on the market?

It's not innovative -- innovative would be an "ALL WEEK" solution. This is worth looking at: https://youtu.be/WEmZpHXwu5k

Funny you should ask, I just paid my mortgage.

Mortgage - $3800

Groceries - ~$1000

Eating out - ~$1000

TV / Internet - $250

Utilities (Water, electric, sewer, gas, trash) - $400 average

Car insurance - $280

Phones - $170

Life insurance - $106

Health insurance - $700

Audible - $40

Personal Trainer - $300

Panera Sip Club x2 - $26

Pharmacy - $100 / average

~$8200 a month on regular purchases.

What do I want that we don't have the money for? A paid off house. My mortgage is 40% of our monthly expenses and I'd like it to be half what it currently is.

I want to buy a nice new truck or car, but can't justify adding another payment of $500 to our bill sheet for the next 6 years. I also don't want to blow up savings to buy a car with some cash.

Bad UX? Maybe a bad UI but the UX is fantastic. I prefer the keyboard magic I can do. Just look at MARSHA (For Marriott hotels), a terrible UI but major in the keyboard warriors that have been using it for two decades.

"Shares resume fall" - I think you really mean it resumes being a super volatile stock. On a weekly basis it gains and drops 10-15%. I know because I buy when it drops 10-15% then sell when it pops back up. I've made over $20,000 trading on Nvidia volatility alone.

It used to stress me out, until I realized that I could profit off the volatility.

I don't think this is an effect of the bubble bursting. This week it swung from Friday closing around $148 to this week bottoming out at $118. Currently it's trading at $121 which is fairly normal for its range within the last 3 months. It's been averaging around $120-135 for the last 3 months. I know because I trade on it weekly. The sudden "investor confidence" is mostly the excitement of the AI super investment by Trump, hence the valuation up to $148 (Wish I had a sell order at 145 not 150, I would be in the money so much).

I made some generalizations, but if you want to discuss policies, these policies I believe are vital to the future of our country and the main reason I voted for him.

I approve of Trump's policies:

* A secure and stable border where we do not allow millions of illegals to cross into our country

* Abortion states issue to deal with

* Smaller government - hiring of Elon musk to eliminate thousands of Federal jobs

* Drill baby drill

* End homelessness for American veterans

* The free American college education through an online school

* Bringing medical production back to America

* The establishment of tariffs on Chinese made products to reflect China's tariffs on American imported goods

* Ending the wars

I get really tired of this narrative that people are pushing that trump voters are somehow ignorant, stupid or simply don't care.

We're not ignorant, we care a lot and we're not being duped. We're really tired of the high gas prices, the moral hypocrisy of the left, the domestic law fare going on attacking political rivals and most of all, we want to afford our groceries and experience a better economy.

Telling us, that the entire base that voted for Trump is either heartless, naive or stupid just isn't going to cut it in reality. People that voted for Trump believe that the President is the diplomatic representative to the world for the American people. He literally got shot and stood up pumping his fist in the air. Joe Biden can barely walk down the stairs without tripping. Kamala had a "phone" call with an undecided voter just yesterday and when she showed the screen it was the camera app. Our choice this election was either the badass who after being shot wanted to show the crowd he was alive or two bumbling idiots. He's not my first choice, but he's a lot better then the Democratic Party offered as alternatives.

We want an American who will fight for business and fight for America to win. We want lower gas prices, which will then make it cheaper to transport goods across the nation and help lower prices in the grocery store.

Trump is not the best person, but he was the better option out of the two party system.

I’m not passionate about insurance but it sure pays the bills, provides a great life and I get to code as an engineer at a big insurance company. Do what you’re good at, not what you’re passionate about. Build real, practical skills and get good at something. Good at computers? Learn everything you can about them, learn how to program and how to fix them. Love cars? Learn how to fix them, get good at it, go to school for it

I wonder, what's the carbon impact to junk mail (advertisements), billboards, digital ads and ads in video. These all take billions of dollars to produce, print, edit, mail, send all over the world. I want to know what percentage advertising plays in emissions.
