Aside from the poor resolution I also don't understand the price. I purchased a gaming laptop (ASUS G75VW) w/ 16GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD, 750GB HDD, GTX 660m & 3610QM, which runs 1920x1080 for under $1400. This dell laptop has the specifications of my $400 Chromebook. It seems like it has been massively overpriced because it's one of the few machines that runs linux out of the box.

Paypal? No. I just signed up for an account using my debit card. Instantly, my account is suspicious. They then demand access to my bank accounts and scans of my social security card, birth certificate, photo ID, etc. No thank you.

Facebook does not have anywhere near the level of surveillance that the NSA possesses. Please read the article again and do some research on the case. That being said, Facebook does have a lot of information about you. It will remain confidential until CISPA passes, at which point it will be legally beneficial for them to hand over this information to the government.
I still cannot see the US winning this case. They made too many mistakes and the public's perception has shifted to innocence.

Yeah. I am very wary of anything on Kickstarter, there's nothing to stop them from simply walking with the money or producing a crap game in a day. I prefer to donate my money to reputable charities.

I am amazed that you looked through the source code of the page. It seemed like a pretty bland/generic site to me, not worth checking out what's going on under the hood. Good find though.
