The approach is totally different - we provide both side integration - not just import of screenshots. Secondly it's extremely useful for clients - they do not need to go to Pivotal Tracker at all - they just report issues in their websites, and we send everything to developers in Pivotal Tracker, as soon as someone comments and issue, reassign it or whatever - the updates are being delivered back to client website where he sees the issue as a dot.
