I think a major reason is still probably customer confidentiality. They've got to play it on the defensive.

Instead of years, the type of content might be a better method of organization. But then again, there aren't many videos so maybe years are the best order.
The "MagicType" feature is actually very standard in the online customer service industry. If you've ever talked with Apple customer service, they could see what you were typing as you were typing it.
I think it's neat that they're all collected in one unified place. But if you look at the actual CSS behind the buttons [1] you'll realize it's not actually that "impressive," but rather something that anyone could implement. It's just basic CSS animation.

At least on the iPhone, Siri is only activated by the "Hey Siri" command if your phone is plugged in to charge.

On a somewhat related note, has anyone on here successfully mastered the art of speed reading? I'm a CS student at Uni right now, and compared to non-Engineer students, I've noticed I tend to read must slower. Any tips on up-ing my read speed?
