It seems like it only concerns IIS (and/or SChannel), and only for HTTP/2 (and maybe 3?). I use apache and openssl and doesn't have any issue.

For me it's mostly a money issue. Then I'ld lose contact with my family and friends, so I'ld have nobody guaranteed to help if i have issues. Also, moving (far) requires a lot of money, then finding a new job, maybe even a better one than you had since the cost of living might be higher in the new place.

I don't think I saw OpenStreetMaps in the lists provided by various people in this thread. I rely on GPS a lot, and having a local one would help greatly (preferably on phone, but still).

Also, OpenLibrary, AniDB / Anilist / Anime-Planet / GoodReads / IMDB / jeuxvideo.com / Last.fm / LibraryThing / MangaUpdates / MyAnimeList / MyDramaList / NovelUpdates / Shikimori / TheTVDB / WLNUpdates (databases of various entertainment stuff).

Then I can look in the GPS where to find them.

Reminds me that all browsers (except opera presto) conserves all images from the current page in raw pixel (or BMP) format in memory, whether they're currently shown on screen or not. There has been a few bug reports (OOM) in firefox 4 (and the chrome version of the time) that got never fixed.
