The thing is with this kind of building sometimes new landowners fail to take care of them. A popular example is the Fort Harbour [1] that Alain Delon acquired during the 60s. The actor faced with the constraints imposed by French historical monuments and was unable to renovate it as he wanted. He ends up selling it.

Before knowing the Web, I spent afternoons after the school chatting with strangers on the Minitel, instant messaging was the big thing. Seeing the popularity of the chat feature, a lot of entrepreneurs decided to launch erotic services well-known as "Minitel Rose". People essentially spent their time (and paid a fortune) to flirt with chatbots.

The newsletter idea sounds cool. Maybe even send detailed reports? There is more data the bot knows on each request but gets ignored for simplicity of the statuses.
