Why the Fuck? 14 years ago

Raganwald,

Have you considered asking yourself this question? You "take the friction out of writing and selling books." You could start with yourself and helping with Diabetes.

Everything in the post seems positive. Is there anything that is not so great about working at Stripe or could be improved? Alex may be too new to answer but it would be great if other Stripe employees could weigh in.

It's read off an array.

I can definitely add a refresh timer or button. The additional photos may be more difficult.

Thanks.

I just read what I wrote (I must have been inebriated, sorry). Corrected:

What did you do during the time after you left Yahoo and before you started YCombinator?

(I know some of the things that you did included writing essays, working on Hackers and Painters, developing Arc, and delivering talks.)

I think this is difficult to avoid as more apps authenticate logins though sites such as Google, Twitter, and Facebook.

You could always create a special GMail account that you use to sign up for spam generating offers or deals and use that to authenticate logins you're not sure about.

Something else that stands out to me about this post is the comparison to Mark Zuckerburg's very first press interview.

I wonder how other startup founders have seen change in themselves over time?

I agree it's more important that everyone has an opportunity to do something, whether they want to or not -- and if they want to do it, the more help and encouragement the better.
