Yeah, I agree with you (nicely put btw) — what I find disconcerting is the fact that it's happening so quick, i.e. I notice myself evolving and changing over weeks/months and becoming increasingly reliant upon the external data stores. Pretty crazy we can adapt that quick!
Exactly, I agree. Think about 100 years from now — our bodies won't have evolved quick enough (much like our fight or flight mechanism dealing with the stresses of today) to be able to cope.
Haha, not at all an advert. Simply saying that I use networked thinking apps (Obsidian, Roam Research, etc.) to help take the load off my working memory.

Like others, I import mine to Goodnotes on my iPad then use Apple Pencil to annotate / mark-up etc. Can also export in whatever format (inc. PDF) if I want.

New emerging frameworks (eg famo.us or similar) that improve performance of hybrid mobile apps
You are going to learn processes, insights and experience failures when working for someone (and help with building their dream). This is learning on someone else's dollar. It's mutually beneficial and £30k is certainly not something to sniff at.
Very few people walk out of university, raise money and launch the next Facebook.
It's all about de-risking. Make yourself investable over the next few years. Branch out and learn other areas of the business (marketing/sales/etc).
Plan what you want to do and make sure you have calculated steps to reach them.
You'll also probably want to be tinkering with stuff on the side. These could potentially get you some money, but more realistically will provide you with invaluable learning.
