"All laws should have an expiration date."

I would add that the states should be able to override any federal law if 51% of the states voted to do so. It would be as if the law never passed.

This will do wonders for the home-schoolers and allow kids to have flexible school hours. You could also have all of the students in one big location and only the teachers move as students need them, except for situations that require specialized locations. ie gym, band, art, lunch.

This can be fixed in at least 2 simple ways.

1. Don't tax the essentials. Milk, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, non-luxury cloths. Don't tax the first $50 of a pair of shoes. Don't tax the first $15k of a car.

2. Determine the average monthly sales tax paid for by a person at the poverty line. Have the government send a monthly check for that amount, minus 10%, to every citizen. Everyone should pay some tax.

Then they will arrest you for interfering with a law enforcement officer. Not that it will stick, but by the time you get it cleared up you are $100k in the hole from legal expenses and a message has been sent to anyone else thinking of doing the same.

#9 says "Read the privacy statements on the websites you visit, and only do business with ones whose practices you agree with."

This statement is incredibly naive. Websites can change their privacy statements daily or they may not adhere to their own privacy statement.

"There were nearly 6,420,000 auto accidents in the United States in 2005."

Can we stop calling all motor vehicle crashes accidents. If the driver was drunk or purposely distracted it is NO more an accident than if I was randomly firing a gun hoping no one got hit.

Either the Constitution gets enforced or not. If the Constitution is to be enforced then the Supremacy Clause AND the 4th amendment need to adhered to. That means warrants for all searches.

Android: The EverNote installer says the app requires access to certain areas of the device. - Hardware Controls - Network Communications - Your Location - Your personal Information - Storage - Phone Calls - System Tools

This is absurd. I passed.
