I find it helpful to put a pillow under each arm, which will raise your wrists, without the constant effort / remembering to hold your elbows up.

This is a byproduct of their time generally being worth so much more than yours. You would not complain if you had to visibly pay for any time a doctor is waiting with no patients.

As for structuring appointments more appropriately, it's quite easy to think of reasons an appointment could take more time than anticipated, and if you had to buffer for that time, you would have to pay for the buffer.

I think you're a little late on this one; PG has a few essays bordering on fanboyism.

If you read the article,

"...the system will automatically detect faces in the photos and prompt you to select the friend who’s face it is."

It seems that the software is (so far) only recognising the presence of a face, not identity.

Made a website which was essentially an implementation of a GBA game I was running over a forum. Took a lot of time. Haven't used it much.

Made a small dice rolling utility. Took a few hours. Used regularly by my online DnD group.

Fairly cheap way to learn to make something people want.
