I think a system that allows a reason someone is denounced, specifically for political views or support, should be implemented, to block the mob from denouncing someone on all of their projects, simply because they are against certain topics, or in an opposing political party
The (Apple) News App on macOS also uses a huge cache. I’ve seen it 5-10GB+. Without even using it regularly. I think to remove it I had to deselect it as an iCloud service in settings.
Could they capture the contents of the process and use the results to their advantage/argument? Or would it work against them? (I’m for archive.org, just curious).
I think it’s unclear what to actually use (language/workflow) for a macos/desktop specific app, when you open xcode. I usually give up after a minute of clicking around and go back to the tools, whose name we don’t speak of here.
I’d recommend iina over vlc for everyday use. Keep vlc though for all the wierd stuff.
