15 days/15 minutes is not a coincidence at all. They were both present in v1.5. For 15 days, usage was unlimited. After day 15, recordings were limited to 15 minutes.
In v1.6, the 15 days was inadvertently removed. This meant that the 15 minute limit was in effect from day 0.
Exactly this. I want a big toggle that I can turn on in developer settings (perhaps make it more involved than that, but you get the gist) that says "I acknowledge that from here on in I am responsible for my data and I hereby absolve Google and other interested parties from responsibility should I blah blah blah..."
Why the hell can't I use my rooted device for payments? It's my goddamn money at risk.
That Newsweek one would have had me stumped for a little, I think. I like to think I'm pretty tech-savvy, but not knowing Newsweek, that looks a little bit like a logo to me. I think I would assume that was going to take me to the homepage and avoid it.
I remember using CWCheat on PSP in the WWE games to create my own custom modes, adding ladders to Royal Rumble etc. Great fun
Or
$ clipscreen $(slop | tr -s "+x" " ")
Is this a joke? Am I about to get whooshed?
Thank you. That answers the question I had which was, "why does trying to get the portal page return a load of data about the plane?"
A British man and a Polish man enter a bar. The Polish guy says, "Do you know what they call a beer in Poland?" "No," says the Brit. "They call it a fucking beer."
I want to pay 100% of the price, otherwise I'm overpaying.
' “Tipping is about making sure the people who are performing that service for you are getting paid what they’re owed,” said Schenker, who’s been working in the service industry for roughly 18 years. '
Shouldn't that be the employer's job? I'm not exaggerating when I say this tipping culture is a major reason why I wouldn't move the US. It's ridiculous.
The lighting and sockets should be on separate circuits.
They only jump between markers, and only when they will tick to the next marker. Watch for longer.
Grabbed one of these a few weeks ago to make a calendar that syncs to Google Calendar. Will be a fun project
Firefox allows tags
A spreadsheet won't automatically work out and display units for you
200 lines a day is ridiculous. A good programmer isn't just someone who writes a lot of code. I'd rather hire someone who writes 3 lines a day, but fixes bugs on the way, than someone who writes 200 lines without proper testing, leaving others to fix the mess. Lines of code is a terrible metric.
I'm going to put my hand up and say I have absolutely no idea how an ISP works. He runs cables to each house in the area... now where does the other end go?
There you go talking about the US again and assuming it represents the whole world. You Americans are so bad for that.
I assume it's meant to be AC
When I want to use negative indices, I pipe the string through rev first, then do my cut, then rev again
Why wouldn't it?
like if there was an option when long-pressing the app on the home screen to quickly enable or disable notifications
Nice idea
Same on Firefox on Linux
Does anyone actually buy these things?
Only real shoes would be shipped...
Right? It's not "vanished" at all. There's a fucking photo of the ruins
This is mentioned in the article....
I've noticed this problem on XFCE, and using i3, and I always just assumed it's because I hadn't installed a proper alternative, and was just using the defaults. I'm ashamed to say I'm part of the problem :( I didn't realise it was like this on arguably the main Linux DE though. That's awful.
This is the best idea I've seen all year.
Ba-dum tsshhh
