I have been using ReScript for (almost) a year as a production programming language. There were a few limitations and confusions at first, (and I don't think it will be replacing TypeScript in any near future) but I can't even think about going back to a work environment uses TypeScript, the dev experience is so good :)
I think ReScript community is pretty active right now, I have big expectations about future 10.x releases (I'm working for a company uses ReScript as a main programming language) there are less buzz recently though.
The more important factor is MERS, which SK seriously suffered a few years ago, (36 people killed) which was the highest fatality outside Middle East.

I worked as professional web developer for more than 9 years, my proficiency is mostly front-end web development but I also do backend work when it's needed. I prefer to use React and TypeScript whenever possible.
I am currently employed and pretty satisfied with my work, but willing to find a good remote job if it's well compensated and good (I care about work-time flexibility mostly) condition to work. I have +5 years of remote work experience and work-level fluency in English.
P.S. I am not looking for any kind of agency or contract work. Not interested to list blockchain-related work on my resume.
"Faster than React" does mean anything?
Well pretty much Flummox is ES6-ified Reflux, no big differences in functionality...
It reminds me of Semiology of Graphics by Bertin. Nice work! I would like to work on React port, only if I have a spare time...
It really is.
javascript:void((function(){jQuery("body").css("font-family","hevetica,arial,sans-serif");})());
Changing it to Helvetica (or Arial) make a little bit easier to read (Putting above code into URL bar does this).
Maybe the joke what he heard was about his cause of death. I am South Korean and there are many joking tweets about it. It's not really usual expression in South. But after I read the comment below about the chinese trope, understood why they announced like that...
