Ever since that cement bridge collapsed at Florida International University a few months ago on top of cars, I've been wondering if any type of car could withstand the force of such a scenario.
Anyone know if this truck could withstand the scenario? Hopefully someone smart with the Physics or Engineering can help me out with an answer.

IMO, market is down because of increase discount rate (risk), not a decrease in earnings (fundamentals)

I don't follow Crypto very closely (my background is Investment Management aka Finance), but I saw HackerNoon banner that says "Own Shares in Hacker news" then looked at SEC definition of security, and honestly it really baffled me how an ICO wasn't being regulated by SEC. I'm guessing because it's a "new technology" and that the SEC has been slow to react.
Anyways, I am curious if anyone thinks that some of the recent drop in Cryptos is due to SEC crackdown in ICO's?

Yep, I started a consulting venture ~2 years ago. Funny enough, the guy who "let me go" also said I should start a consulting business.
I work in Finance/Investment Industry and was "let go" from one of the companies I worked at because I automated a large portion of my job (among other things). I even wrote an instruction manual for the entire process (not knowing that I could/would be let go). They ended up replacing me with a guy who didn't know how to program, but had 20 years of experience. Live and learn.
Makes you wonder if this led them to plant decoy phrases/words.
stocks would probably crash if this happened due to a sharp increase in the costs of capital and decrease in cash flow profitability.
what was interesting was trump's comment the other day regarding paying down the debt using the gained taxes in gdp growth. I haven't done the math myself, but it's an interesting scenario to thing through if it's possible because I don't think it's one that many people are thinking about.

I think the data. The thing about the linkedin acq that I always come back to is that MSFT now knows the technology stack of almost every company in the world. You can do a lot with this information including help guide strategic decisions like new products or new markets, etc.
linkedin employees say microsoft has largely left them alone since acquiring them, so i'm going to assume they will do the same thing with github.
lol i was going to say same thing, but seriously if this relaxes the prop trading at larger firms, and they decide to invest in bitcoin, bitcoin will go up. now, whether of not this portion does that, i don't know.

I think you should change the title to include something along the line of "According to sources: " or "Unconfirmed".
The downgrade by Moody's is why the stock is down as much as it is, imo, as it immediately impacts the discount rate (aka cost of capital) and makes it more expensive for TSLA to borrow money. The impact of the investigation on TSLA's future growth/financials doesn't seem quantifiable right now.

I've been "coding" full-time for two years now and I use Windows as primary operating system, the biggest issue/pains that I've experienced is:
1) Most of the tutorials online are written for linux 2) installing dependencies on windows is a bitch sometimes (75% of time I can get stuff to work on windows other times I give up because of lack of availability of certain packages and compiling issues).
It's my opinion that you will eventually need to learn how to operate in linux, so what I'd recommend you do to help with learning: - Install Hyper-V if you have Windows Professional, this way you can install various linux distros (start with ubuntu, then debian, then centos possibly). - install Bash for Windows - install docker for windows
