Making sound sound nice on every device is so difficult, that is why Mastering is so important. But in this case, you'll probably be ok just reducing the volume of the sounds you are playing, and let the user turn the volume up if they want to hear it. I had my volume about 35% and it was still very loud, so that makes me think about maybe you need to reduce the gain a little bit. But great work nevertheless!

It is really amazing what they have done with the web audio API. I still can't believe how easy it was to do spatial sound positioning with Howlerjs. I literally just imagined sitting on a kit, and put in X,Y,Z of each part and BAM! Just like that, you are in a 3D sound space. I love to hate JS, and I also hate to love it. I've been thinking that "validation" is poison for us programmers.

It either comes in excess from non-tech people, so we discard it. Or it comes from a peer, that will probably not be validation and more critical feedback, which tastes wildly different
