I hope apps don't kill websites for the same reason I'm glad people don't build flash microsites anymore.

The number one reason I prefer the web is that it's extensible! If there's a web app I don't like, I can write a userscript to modify it to my needs. The web has a standard API (HTML/JS/CSS) and a means for extension so I'm free to make the web suit me. This freedom is something that I miss when I'm using a mobile device and I hope it never goes away.

It's rather strange to see a QWERTY layout when using dvorak. That said, if you showed a dvorak layout to a QWERTY user, you'd have a powerful demonstration of how much less finger travel there is and it convince them to switch.

This is considerably higher than I usually score (which is why I took it twice), especially considering I was on a laptop keyboard. This leads me to question the accuracy of this test.

There's also the reader extension http://labs.postrank.com/gr You can set the treshold, and it will dim out the items that are below it. It greatly increases your ability to "fly through" items, without worrying too much about what you're missing.

As far as topics are concerned, I'd really like to see a vim plugin created from start to finish. The tutorials and docs that exist leave a lot to be desired, and this seems like a nice venue to demonstrate (and explain!) the capabilities of the vim plugin system.

You should integrate more sites (assuming that's how this works). A query that I expect to work is "Simeon's Dilemma", which currently returns no results.

Broadband is assuredly not your "right", it's a privilege. If the terms of the contract are broken (and they were, twice) you have very little recourse.

You really should be using version control. If you want people to contribute to this open-source project, you can't beat a public repository (like github) at which you can receive patches from other developers. Right now, it is not apparent how I can work to improve your project.
