If you aren't already start working out daily and learn to make healthy meals. Not necessarily to help with loneliness, but to prevent having another problem that will only make the first worst.

So social media significantly reduces the ability to think critically. AI, if brought up too early in one's life, will reduce the ability to think at all. It makes sense, imo. Who needs to think when you have lost your ability to interact with others, can work from home, can get groceries without leaving the house, have decided to not procreate.

Humans spent thousands of years living in small groups where everyone had to be useful. When all of sudden you stop working and sit in your corner, you are doing something that run against thousands of years of evolution.

If you are having trouble working out, first get into the habit of going to the gym first. Make it a habit to go even for less than 5 minutes. The more you go, the longer you'll stay.

I feel we should have children as early as possible between 18 and 30, but we should also stay together with our parents. Grandparents can raise their grandchildren. They would do a better job. The problem is now everyone wants to go on their own, separate from the community, then call modern life difficult.

What would it take to make money? Double or triple the pricing. Most of these companies messed on pricing initially. ChatGPT Plus/ Claude Plus (or whatever it is called) are $20/month. These should be $80 to $100/month products. Probably even more, $200.

Social media as it is works perfectly and does not need to be changed for extroverts. We just need a product made for those who care about small private groups.
