I just launched Shortcast AI — it turns any podcast into a short, high-quality summary in real human voices.

Most summaries are under 2 minutes, capturing key insights without losing tone or context. I built it because I love podcasts but rarely have time to finish full episodes.

Everything you saw on the presentation will be available with very few lines of code. By using Layer SDK you will get messages sync cross devices, delivery notifications, delivery dismissal when a message has been opened (if using multiple devices), offline messaging thats syncs when you come back online. All you'll have to do is to define a search query for your UITableViewController and style your UITableViewCell and you are done, we'll take care of everything else.

Agreed ... and even more disappointing is when you have to say to your users to use Safari when 2 weeks ago you said to them to switch to Chrome :(

You need to go to chrome://flags to enable Web Audio Input. The request for the microphone has nothing to do with that .. it's working with or without Web Audio Input.

No, I didn't .. But I heard it has some glitches here and there.

Chrome is a super browser .. we all agree .. it's just not acceptable for a bug like mentioned in the article to go through canary, beta and into stable version .. and stay there for 3 week+.
