Very cool thanks for the insights! To run you model you must have some baseline data to be able to train against median income. How do you do that?
Thx for the response. We are trying to use data to help understand price movements in my own properties and I was trying to use ACS5 data, but when you get into obtaining access to tax record data it can get expensive quickly. Are you guys using any tax record data to obtain housing prices or ACS5 to get median income?
Do you use all public data like census, BLS etc. or do you have paid data as well?
Thanks, @mtmail, absolutely, I fell flat as mentioned about as it relates to detailing security of the information and privacy. If there is an interest in this service that is something I will certainly need to explain better. Thanks.
Thx @smt88. You're absolutely right regarding privacy etc. As far as saving a decent dev a minimal amount of time, that is certainly something I am trying to gauge interest on. The benefit here is beyond search and archiving, you could easily invite other folks in your org to have certain rights to find sent emails. My thoughts are that services like papertrail that exist, but could easily be handled internally.

I created a tool for exactly this purpose. http://www.peerviewr.com. It is very early and very rough, but the goal is to solve the problem you mention. It allows you to post links, youtube links, upload files and pictures, and create blog posts. You can share within your group only or it can be made public. It is basically a combination between Google Groups and Wordpress. I would love to make it grow with your feedback. I call it Glogger, but the only domain I had available was at: http://www.peerviewr.com Again pls let me know what you think I believe it is useful and would be fun to make it grow.
If you have any feedback feel free to email me at: support@skuttlefish.com or just post here to HN.
This is the perfect use case for my new site: www.skuttlefish.com
Basically you can rate YouTube videos second by second like you can do with those funky Dial Polls.
The idea came from watching dial polls during the debates with several dozen people sitting in a room moving a dial from left to right depending on how they felt about what the person speaking was saying. It is beta and have lots more planned including comments, other video formats, etc. Let us know what you think.
