I think the lift in conversions is because Intercom bubbles aren't live chat typically, they are a "Contact Us" form or an automated bot (not true "live chat"), so people are starting to ignore them. They changed their message at the top to say "Live Chat" so people click on that more because they are expecting real live chat.

Hi Jason - I've been following your company for a while now and really love the service you provide! Congrats on the public launch your product is getting better and better.

My biggest feedback is that I found the left hand navigation to be really confusing. Instead I would use big beautiful travel images to draw the reader in so they will actually read your sample itinerary.

If you ask any big time blogger what the #1 tactic to draw a reader in it is always a combination of a written compelling tagline and an awesome image.

This is proof that Dropbox's referral strategy is working. This guy spent $25 to acquire a bunch of new users for DropBox. Way cheaper than what DropBox probably pays for the same users.

Awesome post! Clever idea.

Yelp is 1 of 3 apps on my Android that I actually use. They have the best mobile experiences for reviews about a restaurant before you eat there. They have built a strong brand and I hope they do more with it. I for one, am really excited about their IPO.

One of the founders of FollowUp.cc left a comment on the blog post explaining the service a little better to me.

Here are the major benefits of FollowUp.cc in my eyes: 1. Multiple Email accounts all in one account 2. Calendar View of reminders 3. Response Detection (cancels a follow up if a response has been sent)

Solid list and congrats to everyone on it.

I'm not a fan of how much emphasis BusinessWeek puts on the funding amount. It really is the only data point they write about. Would like to see revenue or users... or something else.
