I got a no-name USB adapter for mine and it hasn't killed it in the couple of years I've had it, that's the one I take for travel. You can search for "USB QP2520" to find one.

As I recall pseudoloc is just randomly picking individual characters to substitute that look like the Latin letters to keep it readable for testing, so it would be something like рг (Cyrillic) ο (Greek)... etc, and can change from run to run. It would also artificially pad or shorten terms to catch cases where the (usually German) term would be much longer or a (usually CJK) term would be much shorter and screw up alignment or breaks.

But if you own the biggest social network in the world and say "Taylor Swift is no longer allowed to advertise or promote her music on this platform", just because you don't agree with her politics, people might see that as censorship, or at least shady.

Treaties specifically have to be approved by Congress and have approximately the same force of law and durability as the Constitution. Lately we mostly do "executive agreements" instead, which do not require Congressional approval and can pretty much be ignored on a whim by the next president. We could go back to treaties but considering Congress has given up so much of their responsibility to executive agencies because they can't even pass laws, it seems unlikely.

I think a lot of the recent trading apps marketed to consumers give you a margin account by default though, I know Robinhood does. If you request a cash account you lose instant deposits and trading and have to wait for everything to clear normally.

America's requirements (https://www.finra.org/investors/investing/investment-product...):

pattern day traders must maintain minimum equity of $25,000 in their margin account on any day that the customer day trades

pattern day traders cannot trade in excess of their "day-trading buying power"

If a pattern day trader exceeds the day-trading buying power limitation, a firm will issue a day-trading margin call, after which the pattern day trader will then have, at most, five business days to deposit funds to meet the call.
