I tried booting from a live cdr but it loaded into a command line. Is there a way to get this with a GUI installer? I'm new to Linux and don't know the command line.

I ended up using 25 gigs to install Puppy Linux.

I think it really depends on how you use it.

I have a Yahoo mail account but I rarely login to it on the website. Instead I use their IMAP server with a desktop app.

What do you think are some of the best desktop apps they provide?

I can't imagine when I'll ever need this list but it will be nice to have it in my documents folder.
