This has been something I do for a while unofficially, so I decided I'll make it more official for others to see/use.

I know robots.txt, I know humans.txt. But I don't get cow.txt after reading the website.

I am using it but to be honest it's simple enough to use Claude code for what I do.

the main thing I am doing is slowly cleaning up my 15k email inbox.

I'm using himalaya, an awesome cli tool to access emails, and openclaw to take my requests and make them commands and run then.

the one good thing that openclaw has over Claude code is that its easy to tell it "always remember X" and it has the ability to do it, thanks to the extra .md files it has set up. I'm sure it's easy enough to do it with Claude code and a directory with a Claude.md and another for the memory or rules. but openclaw is ready already.

is this made with AI? I saw the “not quote and quote” in the description and it reads like a failed speech-to-text.

I hid the names and arrived at my second favorite font. And then I noticed my favorite font is missing!! You should add Iosevka, it's on GitHub.

If you use Google fonts or webfonts or something for this to be easier, I also have it as a webfont on my GitHub.

which vscode extension do you use? I remember the neovim one was buggy with selections, so I use the other big vim extension, vsvim or something.

I might be totally wrong, but it feels like reimplementing all of vim is not easier that mapping neovim stuff to zed stuff. The author says they would lose it if they embed neovim, but I'm not yet convinced.

Nice! One thing to note is that typing on the search is case sensitive. Please make it insensitive, so I don't have to type M instead of m.

That doesn't say much. People use their phones in many ways. Some are clumsy, some are more risky.

I've been on a bicycle with a loose pocket or used it to check the map while biking. Great idea? Probably not. Happens to everyone? Absolutely not. Happens? Very much yes.

asdf is the best. it's as big a game changer as brew was when it started.

there's also rtx (asdf clone but in rust) if someone wants that.

not having a tv in 2023 is like not having a fax machine. yea, cool. you and everyone else of your generation. but like people above said, maybe you don't have a tv but you waste 4 hours a day on TikTok. Right, but some websites, say Apple, only support SMS 2FA. What about these ones? Is there a better/easier way than just giving up and putting my phone number?

looking around, seems like https://onlinesim.io/ is the one option, but a bad one, since its either for one-time use, or a very limited number of countries with $3 per day, which is a lot for long-term 2FA.

on macos many extensions don't work, so I uninstalled.

on ios the UI is so good! but it keeps freaking out and being slow. it's still my main but let's see for how long. I used insight before orion.

we have this repo and others open source, bit of course these are used by us internally too. that means that we need to link to private stuff, but we want to keep all the links where they naturally would be. so that means that sometimes, non-artsy people just can't access these. and that's ok.

YES! I came here to say that. I pressed the option with both buttons being blue. Ugly? Yes. Respectful to me as a user? Very much yes. Making a dark pattern look good is not helping the user.
