CPI drastically understates inflation--- my guess is that real returns after 'real' inflation are pretty close to zero
this site appears to have exceeded its API rate limit. I wonder if that is a problem what will be solved by 'web applications of the future'. but i guess ill never know now
this is pretty dumb, does anyone actually think public utilities provide quality service? Im baffled why anyone would want to create more of these zombie organizations.

More money would not generate better outcomes. period.
In order to make it easier for NYC renters to find suitable neighborhoods. I combined data from these APIs: Google Distance Matrix, the Census API, the Streeteasy API, NYC Open Data, and the Youtube API.
How can this be improved? What do you think? Is the information/layout useful?
