Why would you want passion? The thing you should look for is interest. Passion only means that they don't have the necessary information to tell if what they are doing is reckless or not.

I've seen an implementation of audio recording with CocosDenshion and AVAudioSession, but Denshion doesn't do any of the recording. It's only used for playback afaik so you can probably still use ObjectAL with this method.

The following might seem somewhat far fetched to you, but then again, when I was in your position it seemed that way to me too. One thing non-religious people are able to report about God is that what we call a god means the consciousness which is generated by activities. Consciousness is like an electrical signal in that it will transmit any information input into it. Something recorded in a consciousness can be said not to have very much mass compared to the actual object which was met, so curiously (and not coincidentally), people calling the Higgs particle the god particle is actually as wrong as the religious accounts of gods ability because god doesn't have the ability to change massive things by itself. Hope this makes more sense..

All the things you listed seem to be propagated by religions, rather than being abilities of a God or things that non-religious people report about gods.

I think the point is that it can use that small amount of energy to break the hydrogen bond in the water, releasing more energy than was used.

This is a great idea in part because of the incredible stagnation in the upgrade path for a restaurant's POS technology. In my experience the entire hardware+software system gets upgraded only once every 5-10 years at a typical restaurant. Probably because the two (hardware and software) are sold together, making upgrades a big investment.

Free electricity may be a pipe dream, which is understandably dismissed, even IMO (how could you get free energy from nowhere?). But a gizmo which pulls electrical or magnetic energy from the sun or surrounding space by some heretofore unimplemented and unaccepted method is not as much of a pipe dream. However it's just as quickly dismissed by academic physicists as a pipedream even though they don't know what specifically they are dismissing.

So I agree! Keep your confidence if you think you've got an idea that may work, especially when there's a bunch of people who have a vested interest in your device not succeeding, telling you that it won't work.
