I wish these could be made with something non toxic. Having one on my desk to shake would be a great fidget spinner.

My favorite story about Vtubing was someone explaining what Vtubing was to their older dad. And after some explaining he said "Oh! Like Tool Bear!" He's a youtuber vtuber who reviews and talks about tools.
The deal with consoles is if you buy physical discs, you can trade them share them or sell them. The deal with PC is if you buy with steam or GOG, you keep the games, upgrade your pc, keep playing them. You can download them to your hard drive and keep them.
Taking away physical discs from consoles means the worst of both worlds. You can no longer sell or trade your games, and they are essentially locked to that hardware.
Xbox just increased prices this morning. I think Apple was the canary, expect large increases in tech soon. If you need something remotely in the future buy it now.
The increase to the old Apple TV or Homepod is egregious.
You have a steam deck you don't use, so sell it and buy the Steam Machine, and then don't use that either.
As someone who has retrofitted headlights with proper HID projectors, deal with RHD to LHD conversions, on some vehicles you can make your headlights look absolutely amazing, with no glare or harm to oncoming traffic. Some of these OEM headlight designs are atrocious. 2015ish F250's are some of the worst headlights when it comes to this.
What really pisses me off? LED bulbs only available in 6000k or higher. I had to import some Osram H4 bulbs from the netherlands because they are a warmer factory 3000K temperature. We really need regulation on glare, because right now it's the wild west.
Your driving habits, and everyone around you are impacting car insurance for example.
Does this include vehicle data? That's a big one. Your new car selling you out constantly.
I waited too long for the M4 Mac Mini, I waited too long for the Oled Steam Deck. What's the next thing I should wait too long to purchase before it becomes not worth it?
Incorrect. Field sobriety test like walking a straight line or doing those bizarre tests can be difficult for those who haven't been drinking. Now if he refused a breathalyzer or blood sample and he was sober, that's the wrong move. If he refused a breathalyzer or blood sample AND he was NOT sober, that's the correct move. It's far cheaper to take the one year license suspension than get a DUI and deal with all of those issues. This has nothing to do with the officer, but protecting yourself.
This is exactly why my comment goes over the head of people who cry just get the basic boards. No, this is why the basic boards for $100 don't cut it. You now need to dive into the technical data and realize that the $100 board seems like a deal for a reason, and suddenly the $300+ category is your only option if you want to get a PC that doesn't run on fake specs.
Motherboards used to be $100, $200 for the high end. Now they want $300+, ram is crazy, storage, video cards, etc. I'm not surprised sales for these components is hitting a wall.
This is neat, but I will stick with Instax wide. With a $1000 mint body you can get full control of the film. Is it the same aspect ratio? No. But I can get film at Target and it’s instant. Very cool, any analog film is awesome, but this price just isn’t sustainable.
Thankfully the App Store doesn't allow side loading, because it completely stops fraud like this. At least that's the number one reason why I keep getting told if we allow side loading this will happen.
If only people had spatial awareness, they would look around vs listening to their phone changing directions randomly while walking. The bell is for both persons safety.
This reminds me of the photo of the vehicle assembly building featured in Iron Man: https://adactio.com/journal/1530/
Oh my god, where has this been. Is there any way you can make it work for 14.4? I desperately need this.
The whole article makes me mad when they factually get so much wrong. Like I had to stop reading.
My friend who has worked for some big name companies is absolutely struggling to find work. So many interviews, 3rd, 4th round, and then they go with another candidate, or I can only assume someone internally and the listing never existed. It's killing me watching him struggle to find work.
13" is not 11" As someone who used their 11" for years, it was a workhorse. A slow workhorse, but I still yearn for that size.
My M3 Pro with 18gb of ram still feels like a beast. The only thing I can make it suffer with so far is generating meshes from 3D scanning, and even then I'm just patient. Apple is suffering from success with these older laptops, it's a tough sell to upgrade, even from the M1 Max folks.
Show me an HDR display that is 2000 nits peak HDR calibrated 27" for under $3,300. Not a gaming monitor. Closest you can find is a lilliput UQ31 that has half the nits.
Driving my LG oled at 120hz over HDMI. What?
I believe Houston used bluetooth to measure congestion on 45.
I had to look up SIGECAPS before I read the rest of your comment. Big oof when I did. Never heard of Anhedonia, but I sure have it.
NIMBY over rules stuff like that. It's like pemdas, NIMBY is #1.
Handy that McMaster Carr has them 5541T605 Edit, I just noticed you posted the same link that's funny.
If I had 6 months to live, and had no other options, I wouldn't care if a drug killed me in 10 days. Give me the option.
If I buy a gift card through my banking app, using reward points, is Apple entitled to 30% of that?
