I use ratpoison tiling wm with custom bindings, it's kind of tmux or screen for Xorg where you stack apps for example firefox, vim, ssh, tmux/screen, terms. Anyway, it's up to you how you search ctags, man, grep, web, etc

This setup is agile but still not as fast as lsp or copilot, but I prefer learning and remembering over speed, personal taste :-)

Smart decision, because QUIC as transport layer could be good for other protocols built on top of it.

Their second upgrade they called QUIC (pronounced "quick"), which is being standardized as HTTP/3.

Isn't QUIC new transport layer protocol based on UDP and, if I remember correctly, HTTP/3 will be HTTP bindings for QUIC?

You might think this is nitpicking, but HTTP is application layer protocol, so it's little bit confusing to me.

Doesn't matter because every re-implementation of that old unix tool is made for same purpose and mostly accept same arguments.

For example you can make tar archive and pipe it to nc. On other server nc would accept data and pipe it to tar for unpack. This shows real power of unix pipes.

Yes, on servers ;-) EDIT: used and developed by end users made from blood and flesh. On the other hand minix is used and worked on by corporation. So I guess it depends how you look at things

Hey, kudos on great product! You really should create donation page for new features once a year or something like that, because Krita has value.

Also, ignore critique, most of them never dealt with bureaucracy in EU and native countries. Such a mess.

GKH somewhere explained that they accept gotos that don't go back (leads to mess) only gotos that jump forward in function. Nice rule.

To reduce the performance impact of syscalls without modifying application software, exceptionless/asynchronous syscalls have been demonstrated. With the regular syscall interface, the userspace process requests a syscall by executing a special software interrupt instruction to cause a context switch to the kernel. The arguments for the syscall are put in the general-purpose registers. The exceptionless syscall model requires small modifications to the libc and the kernel: when a syscall is requested from the application program, the libc places the syscall’s arguments in a special page of memory (“syscall page”) and switches to another user-level thread.

It would be great to have standard API for this, let's say fake mux syscall that would queue other syscalls and trigger them all at once after some period of time.

Well I guess because communism, unlike nazism, doesn't have hatred hardcoded in ideology.

On the other hand there is difference between theory and practice, you can have any ideological system, but if you depend on totalitarian dictator everything can fall apart - You depend on mood of that person/party.
