We just finished our website migration from Vercel to GCP to save $50 monthly. If you can, migrate it out ASAP to other cloud platform, like AWS and GCP.
Vercel is expensive and has many hidden fees, like $10 per month for monitoring (this should be free), web analytics Plus (google analytics for free) and source images 5$ per 1000 (what is this?).
Have no idea why Vercel is desperate to charge user money.
How to use it:
1. Upload your thumbnail, and then input the video title (the more detailed, the better as we use the title to query YouTube. You can use any search query if needed).
2. Press the preview button to see your thumbnails show in 3 slots on the page.
Useful for comparing different thumbnails before posting your video.

When it finds a match => do you define a score threshold for this? Like if a post's threshold is greater than the threshold, then the tool marks it as a match.
