Personally, I think there are too many contradictions (like the fact that the stories have changed) for this to be something other than politically motivated. But we shall see.
It also might be worth getting in touch with Student Unions as some students might have entrepreneur societies that have final years that would be interested. As well as Math and Computer societies.
Generally I've found that the Unions might be more willing to spread the word to the students than the universities.
I would question that it could be the user (mikecane02)'s browser as it looks to me like what would happen if you didn't support the character set. Could be some linkbaiting on the OP's part.
Is this error message saying that the admins of domains should be able to turn on Google Profiles? But in fact they can't as it doesn't exist? Have I got that right?
Slightly OT, but is it really that difficult to tell the difference between Windows Server 2008R2 and Windows 7? The linked page doesn't seem to be able to tell the difference between the two.

I'm assuming there are a lot of people from the US on HN. Wasn't it illegal (until recently - a quick google brings back this: http://www.buyusa.gov/egypt/en/businesslibya.html) to trade with Libya? Would that not include services such as domain names?
