I didn't think he sounded like much of an addict at all. Certainly less of an addict than someone who's already had 2 glasses of wine by 1:30pm PST. But i'm guessing you are in a different timezone :-)

The reviews, taken as feedback and then sent directly to the developers could be useful. But to have the reviews/feedback actually show up in the iTunes store reflects bad for Apple and the developers of the app.

Winamp 3 was the only thing I missed about windows. The visualizer plugins and skins still pass anything available now. Had no idea there was a mac version, so I tried downloading it. Mac version plays mp3, no radio, visualizers, or plugins.

This makes a lot of sense to me. If the responsibility doesn't fall on a business to not sell the technology does it fall on customs agents then to prevent the guests from leaving the country with the items? Would the guests be happier being able to purchase the tech to only be prevented from leaving the country with it? I seriously doubt it.

Agree with these alternatives, but I left Path after I discovered the app uploads my Address book contacts. Lame. Such a pretty & functional UI too..
