I have had an RFE for my Eb5 I -829 petition and my attorney submitted my RFE 3+ months ago but haven't heard anything back. Is it true that USCIS responds to RFE within 3 months or have you seen delays in RFE processing in Eb5 cases?

Stackoverflow should build a GPT style interface into its considerable knowledge-base, and if an answer is not found in existing data, pose it to the forum.
we need a paradigm shift away from search, just as google engineered a shift away from portals in the late 90s. idk what form that would take but I suspect some kid in a garage is going to come up with something...
> I'm a business owner myself
Ah, there you go.
Ah, there you go to you as well.
There NO labor shortage when many big companies belong to billionaires that get wealthier every day (even during Covid). Those companies obviously CAN pay more. The owners are not going to sleep under a bridge anytime soon.
It's this manichaean view - business bad, me good - that's the crux of the issue. You assume every business is a FAANG and sitting on piles of cash. Most businesses (50-60%?) - even in tech - are small biz and biz owners are in the same boat. Very very few companies even come close to the level of your straw-man.
And you are very wrong with the (rather comical) assumption business-owners are scrooge mcducks sitting on piles of cash. In tech, programmer salaries are hyper-inflated (compared to most other professions) and already out of reach of many SMEs and we are scraping the bottom-of-the-barrel for talent. I'm a business owner myself and I have seen this first-hand, so don't tell me there's no labor shortage.
Absolutely! The "no shortage if you pay enough" slogan is a double-edged sword.
- Is there a housing shortage if you pay enough? or
- is there a health-care shortage if you pay enough?
: : on & on.
Can this be used to deploy an "active learning" model that learns from fresh data and model auto-updates?
Also, you posted your Linkedin. We know where you work. And you just publicly called them "shitty." If I were your boss I'd fire you. And if I were a potential boss I'd never hire someone who did that.
I think it's a bit harsh on the OP. This is an ex-work network and we are all allowed to vent. Having said that, however I feel the OPs frustration is probably unwarranted, the market is as seller-friendly as I have ever seen ( and I have been doing this for more than 2 decades).
I don't have a simple answer for you OP, other than to keep pushing and networking. It's just a matter of time...if you are determined enough.
The non-sinner line starts over there, and goes round the block.
I think you are referring to Eckhart Tolle's mindfulness. I have one of his quotes that I have clipped into my notes as:
“What a liberation to realize that the “voice in my head” is not who I am. Who am I then? The one who sees that.” -Eckhart Tolle
HTH.
For us the winning feature for qdrant it has the concept of both positive and negative query vectors. Overall they are both very good! It's a matter of individual preference.
fungible programming, FTFY.
Nice writeup. Have you looked at qdrant [1] for your comparison? I found it better than Milvus.
loom.com
https://commoncrawl.org/ might be a good place to start.
IMO #2 takes the cake (rest is all icing)
Honest question, not meaning to be offensive or hurtful at all. I know how raw the wounds of the famine are etc.
How do historians objectively - provided there is one - view the British empire's involvement in Ireland over much of the last millennium? Was it particularly repressive vis-a-vis other medieval empires in their dominions/spheres of influence?
How Is ML being used to generate more randomness in the PRNGs? Wouldn't the opposite be a more interesting research idea?
can you explain how you are hashing the video? i took a quick look at the github and don't see details...
i'd pronounce it the same way i read it, hurl something.
thanks! this looks like something i could use.
p.s. coolest and most intuitive name btw.
Pareidolia?
There is a startup Workaround Online (https://wao.ai/) that provides refugees with freelance work. Not sure if they are still around.
You could use BERT or Word2Vec or GLOVE. They are very simple to use with HuggingFace's library.
Isn't this literally survivorship bias?
The UI/UX needs work:
- The search is confusing no progress indicator,
- the results are not clickable or some way to bookmark them.
- some form of rating/ranking for doctors.
Pessimists are usually right, and optimists usually make things happen.
This is "deja vu all over again" in reverse, from 20 years ago. In Nov 2001 US special forces led Northern Alliance also took Kabul much quicker than anticipated or planned. The Taliban regime back then folded pretty quickly as well.
The perfect is not the enemy of the good. "The west" is definitely not a paragon of virtue, all its flaws notwithstanding, is order of magnitude (or two) better than a CCP style government. I would much rather live in "the west", where i am, than in China.
It's this smug holier-than-thou sanctimony that any successful company is ipso facto evil, the bigger evil.
