I agree with you.

That being said, I'd be strongly inclined to believe all your stuff [from Personal Accounts] -- even if only its metadata -- will be fed to OpenAI/Bing's Sidney sooner or later. Same with Google with regards to Bard.

Can I expect a somewhat lesser focus on European cities in 1 to 2 years while VIA expands its capabilities on Northern America?

Thinking somewhat along the same scale, I'm planning for having 2 years+ of domain name registration, Fastmail payment & (I should) have Thunderbird constantly syncing the full IMAP to the disk.

In the name of efficiency, it won't be the state doing it until someone, or groups of someone, get sufficiently pissed.

EDIT: passwords & other secrets must be shared with someone of trust.

I never thinned an OS since Windows XP (Black Viper, you rule!). Why put yourself in harms' way by using an unsupported configuration? I briefly consider O&O ShutUp 11 for shutting up Windows' telemetry. AFAI read, works reasonably well, but made Edge not start after some updates.

I use Windows and Linux, for privacy concerns. If you want privacy, go for Mac (not that I'd do it). On mobile, still working out what are the best options.

Those things need to be supervisioned. FlyTAP has gotten their entire rewards DB (if not all their DB) hacked and if it were not for IHBP I would never know because the company never told me. As far as I know FlyTAP never got a fine for ignoring its obligations.

GDPR is a good idea but there must be supervision for it being applied as defined.

You must be lying! Are you implying S0x works badly and wakes too many times, pcie_aspm requires to be set to force to have decent results and enabling S3 is hidden somewhere in the BIOS assuming it's there at all?

You must be lying, I never heard of such stories!

NOTE: My computer came without OS. Assuming HP Dev One or System 76 behave better in this regard. But I'm a sucker for 2-in-1.

English word suspend is available on menu.

The functionality is there. If resume from suspend breaks 3 times in a row, disable, enable hibernate.

If working, after 30 mins suspend, awake, do hibernate.

If fails 3 times, always use hybrid suspend.

If this functionality does not exist is because resources are being misallocated.

If they don't want to support suspend: REMOVE the option.

Oh hi! Thanks for your GSI!

Currently on Pixel 6a but before was on Xiaomi Mi A3 -- laurel_sprout. I largely ignored GSI because I assumed most important things were broken and tried to focus on a non-GSI ROM (and later gave up). (Just rechecked now and it requires some random files stored on random Google Drives so I ignore them).

Anyway I explored your work for some time and it seemed very cool, so thanks for it!
