Windows Metro was designed from the wrong angle. All that Apple needs to do is to enable iOS apps run on MacOSX. No UX change at all. And Mac users will get tons of quality apps overnight.

No.1. bank on highest market caps list is JP Megan Chase with $311bn. Which is being overtaken by total Bitcoin capitalisation right now. I'm pretty sure members of the Rothschild family don't sleep well these days.

It is not just the fear caused by lack of understanding.

I'd rather say - by the overwhelming financial amount Bitcoin has generated. No folks in power like to be overtaken. Strange things might happen when they realize they are not the top dogs anymore.

I wouldn't say it is unlikely. There already is a run for Bitcoin. Cold calculation makes people take their savings and go for BTC.

I think this company is first of all immediately cutting-out all GOOD developers that might consider working for them. Immediately. With current hunt for dev talent this is simply ridiculous.

+1 for Sendy. Send was lacking segmentation for many years, but they added this feature 2 months ago and now it is very good.

I general I admire Zuckerberg's work, achievements and philanthropy, but his VR pursuit terrifies me. "One billion people in VR" - his goal for the next few years - is nothing else than what we've seen in Matrix the Movie.

All companies have delays. Especially those inventing things nobody did before them.

And some companies have production capacity issues. Especially those experiencing superhigh demand on their products.

Tesla got 0.5mln preorders. With approx 2-3 years of waiting time, people had to pay 1000 USD upfront, out of their pockets. And they did.

Tesla is seeing an extreme demand for their high-priced product. Every entrepreneur and enterprise would love to be in Musk's shoes. Given all that, delayed deliveries and shaking liquidity should be considered only "logistics" issues, not "will he fail?" discussions.

My bad. I missed that "paying" word.

That's a new thing to me. I was driving in Germany several times with passengers and I didn't know my current driving license isn't good for it.

I even rented a car at the airport and Hertz clerk haven't mentioned anything, despite seeing me approaching with friends. They only asked if there are drivers, not passengers.

So how does it work?

So perhaps adding the insurance for Uber drivers would solve the issue? I really don't see other reason. Except for the governments fighting with concepts which disrupt current, inconvenient and outdated state of things.

But there is a license for that: a driving license. And the one which is given allows to drive a car with passengers inside. It should be enough...

I cannot understand why you need a license to ride other people from A to B...

I think the only strategy would be: give for free to the developers, charge big bucks from the enterprise.
